A Las Vegas gas station worker has been accused of attacking a customer with a bat in an outburst over a nacho cheese machine.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said that the incident unfolded on September 3 when Myron Bullie grew angry at customer Isaiah Taylor for using too much cheese from the machine and then breaking it.

Bullie later told investigators that Taylor had been rude and refused to leave the store, police said.

Taylor did end up leaving the station but soon returned – when Bullie wanted to close the store.

According to a police arrest report obtained by Las Vegas Review-Journal, Bullie, 47, allegedly took a baseball bat and savagely beat the victim, leaving him with “blood spurting out of the left ear” and his face covered in blood.

A witness found the victim on the ground while refilling his vehicle with gas and asked Bullie to call 911.

Police said the witness recalled the gas attendant saying: “I’m not going to call 911, he better have learned a lesson.”

Taylor was taken to University Medical Center Hospital with life-threatening injuries. He suffered two brain bleeds, multiple skull fractures, air in his brain, facial bone fractures, and blood in his ear canals, reported LVRJ. His current medical status is now unknown.

Bullie was arrested on charges of attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon, according to jail booking records.

Following his arrest, Bullie – who was treated for a sprained wrist – allegedly told police that he hit the victim twice: once in the head and once in the gut.

When asked if he hit Taylor hard, police said he replied: “If it was hard, his head would’ve been smashed on the … floor and he would’ve been dead.”

Bullie allegedly also told police he hoped his actions would send a message stating: “Now everyone gonna see this and they’re gonna know never to talk … to me.”
