On July 10, internet personality Stephen Rocco “Steve Will Do It” Deleonardis snuck into Florida’s Universal Studios in spite of an active trespassing warning, and yet somehow, someway, security managed to see through his elaborate disguise: a cap, sunglasses, and comically huge black mustache.
“It draws attention to you, for sure,” the arresting officer told him in the banter-filled video, later saying, “It’s thick so it looks fake.”
Orange County court documents dated Nov. 1 show that Deleonardis pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of trespassing. Adjudication was withheld. Bodycam shows him acknowledging that he should have waited a month before returning. He recalled a date of Aug. 7 for that active trespassing warning. Indeed, documentation that is visible on Orlando police bodycam shows an expiration date of Aug. 7, 2024.
“It’s just bad timing,” the mustachioed social media personality said.
Court documents said that the trespassing warning stemmed from a prior trespassing allegation from August 2023. Orange County records show no criminal case in that particular matter, but in reference to an incident, a man in bodycam described Deleonardis as “last time” appearing intoxicated and saying “some things to some of our employees they didn’t appreciate.”
“Reason I got caught at universal was for being lazy,” the social media personality wrote July 11 on X. “I went lazy and it f—ed me. I could have done what I done in passed and get professional makeup done . This was a lesson to not be a lazy piece of s–t.”
Now, as part of his November plea, Deleonardis was barred from Universal Studios for another year. He must also handle court costs.
