Surveillance footage showed a gas station employee taking upskirt videos and photos of four women, but when detectives confronted the defendant at his home, he confessed doing this to “300 to 400 women, including juveniles,” according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Florida.

Right now, Christopher Leron Kilpatrick, 23, is just charged with exposure of sexual organs, exposure of sexual organs as a second offense and simple battery, but authorities say the investigation is ongoing and he could face more charges.

“Anyone who believes they may have been victimized by Christopher Kilpatrick, they are asked to contact the Special Victims Unit of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 863-298-6200,” they wrote.
